My name is Catherine Crimmins!

I am a New York theater artist/voice actor who comes from the little town of Westford, Massachusetts. My acting journey began when I was 8 years old. My parents signed me up for a theater camp because I was picking daisies in the soccer field and they were running out of options.

I’ve been hooked ever since.

I attended the Pennsylvania State University where I got my BFA in Acting and a minor in entrepreneurship in the arts. In 2022, I received the Student Engagement Network grant to put on the interactive theater piece, Every Brilliant Thing, focusing on radical joy and suicide prevention.

Recently, I made my playwriting debut at the New York Theater Festival! God’s Favorite was nominated for best production and I was nominated for best actress. God’s Favorite was recently accepted into the New Works Festival at Seattle Public Theater. You can find my narration work on audible coming this Spring. I am proud to have worked with Catalyst Games on their battle tech series (Main Event, D.R.T, Damocles Sanction, and No Substitute for Victory).

When I am not in the rehearsal room you can find me…

• Rollerskating

  (my 80 year old neighbor has been giving me lessons, not joking)

• Practicing Taekwondo or teaching it to others

  (I just got my black belt!)

• Perfecting my chocolate chip cookie recipe
